• ESCI 耐力运动教练认证（2025.07 — 2027.12）
• KFCS 跑步认证教练（2021.11 — 至今）
• RQ 签约铜牌教练（2021.11 — 至今）

ESCI Endurance Sports Coach Recertification Approved (Valid until Dec 2027)

Today I received the notification from ESCI (Endurance Sports Coaching Institute) that my endurance sports coach recertification has been approved, valid until December 31, 2027.

My credentials have been updated on the About Me and Coaching Service pages.

• Pose Method Level 1 Coach Certification (Oct 2018)
• Pose Method Level 2 Coach Certification (Aug 2021)
• IRONMAN U Certified Coach (May 2021 — present)
• ESCI Endurance Sports Coach Certification (Jul 2025 — Dec 2027)
• KFCS Running Coach Certification (Nov 2021 — present)
• RQ Bronze Certified Coach (Nov 2021 — present)
